We deliver in person every week, that means you’re receiving stock directly from the roaster and we can catch up regularly on how you’re going with stock levels, staff training, and your customers tastes.

This means nothing is lost in translation and we can respond quickly to your changing needs.

We have a small catchment — servicing the Bay of Plenty and Waikato exclusively. That allows us to be available to our customers at short notice, and it makes it easy for you too, to stop by the roastery and see where your supply is coming from.

With a lot of hospitality businesses singing the ‘support local’ chorus (and rightly so!), it’s nice to know you can source one of your key offerings — coffee — from a truly local supplier.

This ensures strong support with no middle men, just direct communication, so nothing is lost in translation.

It’s better for you, and it’s better for us if our coffee is presented expertly to your customers. So we don’t charge extra for training.
