Region: San Luis Valley*Black Honey processing is the most intensive of honey process methods with the longest drying time. In this method, some of the mucilage (a sticky, sugary substance that surrounds the coffee beans inside the coffee cherry) to remain on the coffee beans during drying. Black honey processed coffee results in a full-bodied fruity coffee.
