This coffee is grown by the dedicated farmers of the ASOBRIS (Association of Ecological Agricultural and Livestock Producers Brisas del Quebradon) at high altitudes near the equator resulting in beans with vibrant acidity and a distinctive fruity sweetness.

Processing is done by mechanical pulping, an 18-24 hour fermentation, thorough washing, then sun drying for approximately 15 days.
